Terms and Conditions for Becoming a Direct Seller To become a Direct Seller, the associate must
- Be an Indian citizen above 18 years of age.
- Be legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Not be engaged in any other direct selling business where a conflict of interest may arise.
- No registration or joining fee shall be charged (as per Rule 3(1) of the Direct Selling Rules, 2021).
- The Direct Seller is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.
- No fixed salary, employment benefits, or guarantee of earnings shall be provided.
- The Direct Seller is responsible for paying applicable income tax and GST (if required).
- Conduct business ethically and honestly.
- Ensure no false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the Company or its products.
- Not mislead consumers about earnings, commissions, or incentives.
- Disclose the return/refund policy to customers.
- Earnings are purely based on actual sales and not on recruitment.
- The Company shall provide a transparent commission structure.
- Payments will be made directly to the Direct Seller’s bank account with proper tax deductions.
- Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as per Indian laws.
- Any updates will be communicated via email, official website, or distributor portals.
- By registering as a Direct Seller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
